ROCKFORD – Dennis Shane Vineyard, age 50, of Rockford passed away peacefully Monday April 3, 2023. Born in Gainesville, FL on July 21, 1972 the son of Johnny Aristotle Vineyard and Brenda Gail Canter. Shane was an avid outdoors-man who preferred being in the woods to the house. He loved life, his daughters and his dog Tiny. He always tried to see the light, even in the darkness.
He is survived by daughters, Kymbre Vineyard and Jessica (Austin) Armstrong; grandchildren, Korey Shane Bullard, Jaxon Haley and Abilene, River, Scott Wilkes & Alice "Allie" Armstrong; brothers, Shawn (Kristy) Vineyard, Alan (Melissa) Webb, David (Valerie) Webb, Johnny (Vanessa) Vineyard and Michael Vineyard.
He is predeceased by his father, Johnny Vineyard; and mother, Brenda (Calvin) Winans.
Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the Family.
