Diane graduated from Marion High School and received her bachelor's degree in nursing. She was a Registered Nurse at Bradner Village Nursing Home, Marion General Hospital, Bethany Pointe, and, most recently, Westminster Village. Diane enjoyed watching wrestling, crocheting, and her career as a nurse.
She is survived by her mother, Madonna Henderson of Marion; step-son, John (Anna) McClish of LaFontaine; sister, Suzy Hensley of Swayzee; nephews, Clayton (Carrie) Eckstein and Luke Hensley; niece, Railee Henderson; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; friends, Roger Burdick and Brian (Jessica) Ball; and her beloved cat, Pumpkin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald L. Henderson, Sr.; brother, Ronald L. Henderson, Jr.; and grandmothers, Betty Williams and Ethel Henderson.
The family will host a private burial service at Marion National Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Integrity Funeral Care, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN.

Oh my gosh, I just found out and I'm heart broken about this. I worked with Diane. She was a caring and kind nurse. I really liked Diane and I'm so sad to hear about her passing. My condolences to her family.

Mama was a loving and caring woman who put her life's work into caring for others. She was one of the strongest willed person I've ever came to know and I will always miss her. I love you Mama. -Anna
