Dianna Jo Thompson

Born July 25, 1945, Dianna passed away at her home in Independence, Kentucky, Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the age of 80. She was the beloved widow of Don E. Thompson, and loving mother of Kellie (John) Yutuc, Sheryl Herzog, Chris (Rhonda) Herzog. She was a dear grandmother to Sarah Herzog, Cameron (Kora) Arminio, McKinley Moen, Sydney Herzog, Colton Moen, Rheagan (Jon) Politowski, and Lucas Herzog, great-grandmother to Elliott Moen and Liam Christopher. Dianna was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Janice Denham. She is survived by her siblings Cheryl (Frank) Hussung, and Scott (Ann) Duncan. Also survived by her stepchildren Robin (Karen Glen) Thompson and Jill (Mike) Thompson Arminio.

During her life she spent many years working in human resources before becoming a full-time homemaker. She was dedicated to her grandchildren, enjoyed traveling, quilting, gardening, and creative crafting.

A private service and interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike. Cincinnati, OH 45246. Donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Kenton County Animal Shelter in lieu of flowers, as these were causes dear to her.
