Dianne Bevilacqua Obituary
Dianne M. Bevilacqua (July 23, 1952-July 19, 2024)
Dianne M. Bevilacqua, beloved wife and mother to five children of Ambler, PA, passed away peacefully in her home on July 19, 2024 at the age of 71, surrounded by her family.
She was born in Philadelphia to the late Donald and Elizabeth A. (DePerro) Daly. Dianne attended Queen of Peace, where at the young age of 14, met her one true love and married on April 17, 1970. She was a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School. During her high school years, Dianne would commute by train to the Barbizon Modeling School in Philadelphia. After getting married and starting a family, Dianne quickly found her passion in cake decorating. During her career, she worked at various bakeries in the area before finding her "home" at Dublin Village (Quaker Village) bakery alongside her best friends and co-workers.
Dianne was a devoted wife to Anthony J. Bevilacqua Jr. and loving mother and grandmother. Dianne took special joy in expressing her love of art with every cake she decorated and every card she signed. She was so many things to so many people with a heart of gold and deepest love for her husband. Tony and Dianne were truly one. The foundation they built was as strong as the family they created. Her faith in God shined in every aspect of her life. Her many nicknames are a glimpse of just how high we held her. From "Queenie" to "St. Dianne", she was the best of the best. The best Wife, Mom, Nana, Aunt, Sister, Friend. She was truly a gem.
Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Bette (DePerro) Daly, Anthony Sr. and Eva (D'Elia) Bevilacqua and is survived by her husband Anthony J. Bevilacqua Jr., children Amy D. Bevilacqua, Anthony J. Bevilacqua III., John M. Bevilacqua, Tamara J. Stawski and husband Tim, Samantha L. Norman and husband Mick, 8 grandchildren Ashley Wahl and husband Mike, Kyle Watson, Kierstin Ghali and husband Sil, Kaeleb Moghal, Adriana, Abby, August Bevilacqua, Olivia Stawski, 2 great grandchildren Jayce and Maveryck Ghali and coming soon baby Wahl. Siblings Bette and Bob Hill, Donna McCann, Patricia Daly-Grasty, Janine and Ron Kopko, Michael and Joanne Bevilacqua, Richard and Patty Bevilacqua, Susan and Sam Van Horn, and an abundance of nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
Family and friends are invited to attend Dianne's Memorial Service to be held at St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church, 259 Forest Ave. Ambler, PA 19002 on Friday, August 23, 2024. Viewing will be held at 9:30am followed by mass at 10:30am.

We are Dianne and Tony's neighbor. She and I would often meet "over the fence", share news and updates while lamenting the return of the weeds! She invited us to several family events, and we never felt like less than family. She was a wonderful, kind and generous woman - and we are blessed to be able to have met her. Spring clean up will not be the same without my friend! May you be at rest Dianne, and Tony -- may you and you family find peace in this difficult time! Best wishes, The Schleepers
