In Loving Memory of Dolores Carbone
Dolores Carbone, a beloved mother, sister, and successful business owner, passed away on May 25, 20205. Born on Nov. 13, 1954, she spent her life as a dedicated businesswoman and loving family member.
Dolores was the cherished mother of Conchetta and Joseph Carbone and the loving mother-in-law of Joseph DeGiacomo and Kelly Zammiello. She was also a dear sister to Karen Capparelli, and Tina DiPippo, a beloved aunt to Daniela and Mario Capparelli, and a loving companion to her dogs Pearl and Rocket, who brought her much joy.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of over 40 years, Bart Carbone, and her dear sister Eliane Morey.
A successful business owner for over 40 years, Dolores was known for her remarkable multitasking ability. She was the best gift giver, always thoughtful and creative in her gestures. she enjoyed building legos and watching movies/shows, especially Marvel ones with Joey. Her family and friends will remember her for her devotion to those she loved and for the countless hours spent with her children and dogs. She was a fan of the Game Show Network. Her family and friends take comfort in knowing that her legacy of love, generosity, and work ethic will live on in those who knew her.
Services will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ASPCA in memory of Dolores Carbone.
She will forever be remembered and missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
