Donald C. Barbati Sr.

Donald C. Barbati, Sr., 70, of Hamilton, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
He grew up in Somerville, New Jersey, before settling down in Hamilton 45 years ago. Mr. Barbati, Sr. worked as a Driver for Bergeys Trucking in Hamilton for 25 years. In his free time, Mr. Barbati, Sr. loved to read and watch baseball. He was also a fan of horse racing and loved to care for animals.
Predeceased by his parents, Orlando and Estelle (Wojcieckowski) Barbati, his sister, Carol Royer, his brother, Ronald, and his step-sister Marie Boelke; he is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Christina (Melchiondo) Barbati; his two sons, Donald Barbati, Jr. and his wife, Staci, of Hamilton, and Nicholas Barbati of Somerville; his sister, Joan Barbati of California, and his two granddaughters, Gabriella and Antonia Barbati, whom he adored, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Cremation was private under the direction of the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
