McClellan – Donald Perry McClellan, age 77, of Starke, FL passed away on October 10, 2022. At St Vincent Hospital in Middleburg, FL. Donald was born in Jacksonville, FL, on August 21, 1945, to the late Roy P. McClellan Jr. and Shirley Ann Stanley McClellan. He lived in Jacksonville, FL, for many years and later relocated to Starke where he has lived for the past 25 years. Donald met and Married Millie Ann McClellan and together they spent 22 beautiful years. Donald was the Owner and Operator of D & M Paining where he employed a majority of his family members, anyone that knew him, knew that he was a hardworking man and would out work just about anyone, He would bend over backwards and give you the shirt off his back, He truly was an amazing man. Most of all Donald loved his grandbabies and spending time with family, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. he is proceeded in death by parents; loving Wife; daughter Melissa McClellan-Homan; brothers, Terry, Gary, and Steve Clarke.
Donald is survived by his daughters; Tammy (Roland) Mercado, Joyce Seymour, Angie Seymour, Veronica Seymour; sons, Albert Seymour, Joseph "Joey" Seymour, Donald Seymour; daughter-in-laws Sarah Brokaw and Revonda) Seymour ; sister Dottie McClellan; grandchildren, John Hullman Jr., Christina Hullman, Crystal Mercado, Kelly Mercado, Ryan Mercado, Ashley and Kyle Seymour, Kenny and Alicia Pierce, great grandchildren; Logan Jackson, Ava Seymour, William Kahajua Jr., Victoria Stephens, Ronald Brokaw, Keith Seymour, Liberty and Remington Loftis.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday October 13, 2022, at 11:00 am at Archie Tanner Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
