Donna Louise Lamberson

Donna Louise Lamberson, age 87, passed away peacefully in the arms of her family at home on April 13, 2025.
Donna was an avid intercessor who loved Jesus with all her heart. Despite growing up in a broken home, she was able to create a generation founded on love and faith. Donna led a life filled with love and was a nurturing figure to many children and grandchildren, including those she had taken in as her own. She dedicated her days to providing care to those in need as a home health caregiver, imparting wisdom and words of faith to her grandchildren, and was a dedicated and loving wife to her husband of 70 years, George Eugene Lamberson. Her hobbies included shopping and attending yard sales with her children and grandchildren, as well as crafting with her family. She dedicated her life to being a mother and grandmother, finding immense joy in these roles. She was a member of Lakeview Church of God and was cherished by many.
She is survived by her sister, Debbie (Tom) Frantz of Altoona, PA, her brother Butch Stiver, four children: David (Tamara) Lamberson of Fairfield, PA, Karen Brown of Mapleton, PA, Jeffrey (Melissa) Lamberson of Belleville, PA, and Pamela (Michael) Grove of North East, PA, and her adopted daughter Kelli (Kenny) Parmarter; her grandchildren: Jason, Matthew, Gregory, Samantha, Kyle, Jeffrey, Shannon, Jessica, Heather, Hannah, and Mackenzie; and many great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her lifelong friend, Inez Merritts.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, George Eugene Lamberson, who fell in love with her at first sight.

In lieu of flowers, Donna wishes for you to share the gospel with those you encounter, as she hopes to see Heaven crowded. A memorial service for her church family will be held on Sunday April 27. 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Lakeview Church of God, 5335 Rt. 89, North East, Pa 16428.
