Donna Mae (Nickel) Myers, 83, of Dallastown, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, May 30, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late William E. Myers.
Born in York on September 13, 1941, Donna was the daughter of the late William James Nickel, Jr. and Fern Romain (Haugh) Nickel. Known for her warmth, faith, and devotion to family, Donna lived a life marked by love and quiet strength.
Donna spent many years as a vendor at Green Dragon and Roots Markets. Her faith was central to her life - she was a dedicated member of Red Lion Bible Church and regularly attended Victory Baptist Church. Whether through worship or everyday acts of kindness, Donna lived her faith with sincerity and grace.
Family was Donna's greatest joy. She is survived by her three loving children: Wayne W. Myers and his wife Judy, Wanda W. Almoney and her husband Anthony, and Kandace K. Brock; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sisters, Daeon Snedegar and KaEdna Rohler, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, William James Nickel III, and her lifelong best friend, Claudia.
A viewing will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Red Lion Bible Church, 105 Springvale Rd., Red Lion, PA 17356. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor Steven A. Schmuck and Donna's grandson, Pastor Jason M. Myers. Interment will follow at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Red Lion Bible Church at the address above, in memory of Donna's enduring faith and love for her church community.
