Rehabilitation and Continuing Care in Northfield, Vermont with family by her side.
She was born in Northfield, Vermont on February 17th, 1947, daughter of
Ramona Fogg and Charles Wilder. After her mother passed away at a young age
she was raised by her grandmother Effie Fogg. On February 6th, 1965, Donna
married Edward "Sonny" Partlow at the Northfield Falls Methodist Church.
Together they raised 3 children at their home on Cox Brook. Sonny passed away
unexpectedly on April 26th, 2008. Donna worked for many years at the Northfield
Savings Bank. She went on to work for ten more years at Barry T. Chouinard Inc.
as a bookkeeper.
Donna loved spending all of her time with family. She always hosted Sunday
night dinners with a house full of laughter. The summer season brought Friday
nights spent with a car full of smiling grandkids, always excited for their Friendly's
stop on the way to camp. Saturday nights meant looking for deer and always
finding our way to the creemee stand. She was known for her quick wit, bright
smile, and her heart of gold.
In addition to her parents, grandmother, and husband she was predeceased by
her brothers Raymond Brunelle and Darwin Wilder.
She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Partlow and her significant other, Mike
Doney; two sons, Ray Partlow, and his wife, Megan, Rory Partlow and his wife,
Kristi; her sister in laws Faye Wilder, Rosalie Perry, Linda Gray, and Margaret
Amell; brother in laws Frank Partlow and his wife, Deb, Bill Partlow and his
significant other, Karen Gilman, and Mike Partlow; grandchildren Cortney Diego
and her husband, David, Michelle Doney and her boyfriend, Ben Tucker, Logan
Doney, Dylan and Hunter Partlow, Lucas Partlow and Caitlyn Cramer; great
grandchildren Jason, Charles, and Rebel Diego; special friend who became
family, Robert (Guy) Martin; and many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service celebrating her life will be
conducted on Wednesday October 18th at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist
Church of Northfield. Kingston Funeral Home in Northfield is handling the
arrangements

To Donna's family,
I want to send my sincere sympathy to Donna's family. Donna was always so kind and thoughtful. I worked at the Northfield Savings Bank when she was there and that is where I got to know her. In later years I got to see her at our N.S.B. retirement picnics and she had never changed, she was the same Donna she had always been. She will be missed by all who knew her. May she R.I.P. I will keep Donna in my nightly prayers.

Donna was a treasured friend and coworker. A true self effacing, hard working Vermonter who knew her worth. The matriarch of her beloved family.
She leaves us with beautiful memories and a void in our lives. My sincerest condolences.

I knew Donna back in the day when she used to work for Northfield Savings Bank. She always had a smile on her face brightening everyone's day!
She will be sorely missed.
