Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Maude Cruse; 4 brothers and one sister.
Those she leaves to cherish her memories are her five children, Denise LaFountain and husband Jack, Tonya Knight and husband Daniel, Crystal Smith and husband Jeremy Watson, Candice Smith and partner Tel Loper, and Nathan Smith; four granddaughters, Morgan, Alexis, M'Lis, Lala; five grandsons, Keegan, Jackson, Malique, Marcus and Tahj; two great grandsons, Talon and Mylo; one great granddaughter, Rayah; sister, Lavella Allison; and a host of other family and friends who will deeply miss her.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Sandy Baptist Church in Sulphur, Oklahoma with Reverend Steve Wall and Reverend Charles Farve to officiate. Arrangements were made under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home in Sulphur. Friends and family may leave online condolences on our website at www.dearmanfuneralhome.com
