Douglas Christian Obituary
He is survived by his wife Janice, for whom he was and will remain the love of her life, his two brothers Jay and Wallace Adam Huber and his two nephews Timothy and Jon Huber
He was very intelligent and talented and did many things in his life, but he loved radio. He worked in other cities, but fell in love with New Orleans where we worked for WRNO when it was "The Rock of New Orleans." He also worked at WNOE, WTIX, and WLTS On Air. For past several years did Production and Call Screening at WWL 870 FM Radio.
Douglas was a blessing to those he knew and very unique and special man who will be missed by his family, co-workers and anyone else whose life he touched.

He was my beloved husband and when he died part of me died.
Six months later and my heart hurts so much.
There isn't a room I can go in ,yard,garage nowhere that I'm not thinking of him. He is always on my mind.
He was the love of my life and will live forever in my heart.

I never met Doug personally, I did talk to him when he produced and call-screened for WWL Radio. He was kind, sweet and professional. He introduced me to his internet radio station Creole Radio. I found out he is a radio icon. My prayers and condolences go to his family, his co-workers and anybody who knew him.
