Edna Morrow Turner
With a heart full of laughter and a spirit that shone brightly, Edna Morrow Turner, 75, of Sanford, Florida, peacefully entered eternity on March 12, 2025. Born in Lowndesville, South Carolina, on February 13, 1950, she lived a life that was anything but ordinary.
Edna was the beloved wife of Judson Turner, and the proud and loving mother of Kevin Turner (Mandy Turner) and Melanie Turner Lugo (Dan Lugo). A true force of nature, she faced life's challenges head-on, including triumphing as a three-time cancer survivor.
Crafting brought her joy, but nothing compared to the delight she found in spending time with her family and friends. Known as "mom to many," her faith was her compass, guiding her through life's adventures. Edna was a woman who truly delighted in the Lord and her family, and she had a heart and a knack for making everyone feel loved.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Edna's memory by making a donation to a dementia research organization or to your local church.
A celebration of Edna's vibrant life will be announced at a later date.
