My favorite first memory with Ed was when he interviewed me for my job. I asked how the company culture was and he answered straightaway, "yes, we are flexible with time off". I wanted to laugh but couldn´t because it was a job interview. Once I was hired, he would always summarize my very detailed sentences into short direct sentence. From then on I learned that he was indirectly teaching me some communication skills. I often remember to apply what he has taught me daily.
My favorite memory with Eddy was when he pulled me into his office and gave the most kindest and sweetest idea of organizing toys donation for kids during Christmas time last year. He provided me with the information and said "tell everyone it was your idea, not mine". I did the exact opposite, I told everyone it was his idea. He had the kindest of heart, but never wanted to make it about himself. It was truly a pleasure getting to know with Eddy G, I will miss him greatly.
