Eileen Mullinicks Obituary
Eileen Patrice Lagan Mullinicks, age 60, of McEwen, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born on November 14, 1963.
Eileen was a registered nurse at Horizon Medical Center for 33 years, and she loved her job.
She took care of everyone with kindness and compassion. Eileen loved nothing more than watching her children and grandchildren play sports and participate in drama productions. Any activity they were involved in, she was there cheering them on. She was a very proud Mimi.
Eileen loved to read, travel, visit with friends and family, dance, and play cards, especially Pitch. She was also the ultimate ping-pong champion. Eileen was an active member of the St.Patrick Church and School community. She was a proud Alumni, and she loved working the Irish Picnic every year with her family and seeing her friends.
Visitation for Eileen Mullinicks will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 4-9 PM and on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 9-10:30 AM at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. The Rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 7 PM at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 11 AM on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
Eileen is preceded in death by:
Her parents: Martin and Sarah Jo Lagan, her Father and Mother-in-Law Kenneth and Peggy Mullinicks, Brother-in-Law Glenn Brown and several beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Left to Cherish her Memory:
Her husband- Rocky Mullinicks of McEwen
Her Children- Meghan Gunn (Dave), Patrick Mullinicks (Tabby), and Andrew Mullinicks all from McEwen.
3 grandchildren- Ryan Gunn, Karlie Gunn, and Hunter Killion
Her Siblings- Marty Lagan (Karen), Chris Lagan (Tammy), Jimmy Lagan (Nicole) and Lisa Brown.
As well as several beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, in-laws, and cherished friends.
Eileen was loved by so many people. She will always be remembered for her kindness towards all, and she leaves behind a wonderful legacy.
Eileen loved St.Patrick Catholic Church and School. The family asks in lieu of flowers, please make/send donations to St. Patrick Catholic School in McEwen, TN via https://www.sps-tn.org/ or mail to 175 St.Patrick Street McEwen, TN 37101. Donations can also be left at Luff Bowen.
