Elaine June Lindley Weber, 85, of Macon, MO returned to the arms of God on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Samaritan Hospital.
Elaine was born on March 5, 1939, in Macon County, the daughter of Elliott and Anita (Diaz) Lindley. She was united in marriage with Glennen Weber on November 9, 1956 at Plainview Church in Macon County, and they shared 64 years together. Elaine was a member of the First Baptist Church in Macon. Her faith in God and love of life were a shining example for us all.
She was happiest when she was with her family, especially when they could all come together, and always made them feel special. She had a penchant and gift for cross-stitching, crocheting, knitting, and sewing throughout her years. Countless are the special cakes she baked and decorated for family and friends. She loved being in nature and was in awe of the sky, the moon, birds, flowers; all things in God's creation.
Elaine worked at Macon-Atlanta State Bank for many years until she retired.
Elaine is survived by her daughter, Angela Jennejahn; her son, Leon Weber; three grandsons, Matthew Rollings, Aaron Jennejahn, and Derek Weber. She welcomed and cherished eleven great-grandchildren, Kamden, Kambre, Dominick, Kinley, Sophia, Analeigh, Oaklyn, Ethan, Connor, Jessica and Alex; and one sister, Jacqulyn Przybys; sister-in-law, Maurita Miller and her husband Charles; nephew Brandon and niece Krysten; and other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glennen, on April 18, 2020; one sister Joanne, three brothers, Daryl, Raye, and Leon.
She would want everyone to know that she is at peace, loves them, and will always be with them.
