Eleanor Garganta Obituary
Eleanor L. "Ellie" (Reichley) Garganta, 73, of Bethlehem, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.
Born on May 6, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Christian and Mary (Weaver) Reichley.
A graduate of Liberty High School's Class of 1967, Ellie went on to receive an associate's degree from Bethlehem Business School in 1969.
She held a twenty-year career as a Teacher's Aid for the Bethlehem Area School District, serving at Marvine and Donegan Elementary Schools.
Outside of work, Ellie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, dog sitting for her fur-babies, and cooking.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert "Moe" Garganta, who passed away in 2018.
Ellie will be lovingly remembered by her son: Michael A. Garganta and wife Tiffany; daughter: Christine Garganta; and two grandchildren: Natalie and Noah Garganta.
A visitation will be held at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, on Friday, May 13, 2022, from 9:00am until 10:30am. Committal services will begin at 11:00am in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Linden Street, Bethlehem.
