Elisa Hoffmann Obituary
Elisa Nostro Hoffmann, 51, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021. She passed at her home peacefully surrounded by her husband and children after a nine year battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
Elisa was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 11, 1969 to the late Nicholas Nostro Sr and Phyllis Mambrino Nostro.
She leaves behind her husband of 28 years, George Hoffmann, her son Brian Hoffmann, her daughter Amanda Clark, her granddaughters Emma and Willow Clark, her brothers Scott Nostro and Nicholas Nostro Jr.
Elisa Hoffmann graduated from St John's University in Queens, NY with a Masters degree in special education. She taught at Jay M Robinson High School in Cabarrus County for ten years. She loved her job and helping children. Elisa was a wonderful woman who touched the lives around her with her kindness and bright smile.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date. All donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
