Elizabeth Ann Davis, 84, of Lyells, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025. A lifelong resident of the Northern Neck, Elizabeth Ann was a devoted member of Beulah Baptist Church, where her faith was central throughout her life.

Born to the late Alva McNeal Davis and the late Sarah Elizabeth Scates Davis, Elizabeth Ann spent her career as a dedicated telephone operator with Tidewater Telephone Company before her retirement.

Elizabeth Ann's interests were many, but her greatest joys were simple and heartfelt. She loved country music and proudly maintained a large CD collection, keeping music playing in her home as a constant source of comfort. She was also a devoted NASCAR fan, especially cheering for her favorite driver, Bobby Labonte. In quieter moments, Ann could often be found reading, coloring, or working word puzzles.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved cousins and many dear friends, including Thomas (Terrie) Suthard, Nancy (Ed) DeHaven, Patsy (Kenny) Batten and families. Elizabeth Ann was preceded in death by her loving parents, Alva and Sarah.

A funeral service to honor Ann's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Beulah Baptist Church with the Reverend Danny Maupin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Following the service, Elizabeth Ann will be laid to rest beside her parents in the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Elizabeth Ann's family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Beulah Baptist Church, 130 Beulah Lane, Warsaw, VA 22572, in her loving memory.
