Emery Faith Gentry was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 7 months old.

Born on February 3, 2025, Emery was a bright light in the lives of all who loved her. Her bubbly personality, radiant smile, and sweet spirit filled every space she entered with joy.

Though her time on earth was brief, the love Emery gave and received will last forever. She touched countless hearts with her gentle presence and taught the depth of unconditional love.

She is deeply loved and will be immensely missed by her parents, Dustin Dean Gentry and Sarah Catherine "Katie" (Marlow) Raines; sisters, Kinlee Marie Jo Gentry and Lexi Raines; brother, Preston Raines; maternal grandmother, Charemon Marlow; aunts, Grace Clarice Gentry (Michael Light) and Ashley Charleen Collett (Coy Burch); uncle, John Marlow; cousins, Sunny Rea Light, Briana Collett, Domynik Collett, and Liam Collett; and a host of extended family and friends who cherished her.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jeffery Allen Gentry and Heather Marie Gentry; maternal grandfather, Thomas Eugene Marlow; and paternal aunt, Faith Ann Marie Gentry.

Friends and family will be received from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, at Freeman Mortuary.

A celebration of Emery's life will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Kirk DeMars officiating.

We rest in the promise that she is safe in the arms of Jesus, where one day we will be reunited.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family of Emery to aid in funeral expenses in the care of Freeman Mortuary, P.O. Box 95, Jefferson City, MO 65102.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Freeman Mortuary.
