I attended St. Marks in the late 60s thru mid 70s. I can't say that I remember you but more than likely met you, I served as an alternative boy, and the only one at Fr. Smiths funeral. I just wanted to offer my Condolences to your family. Reading your accomplishments I thought that you should be honored. There's a new statue in New York that honors a fictional black woman who achieved nothing. I personally think such a statue is an insult to women of your caliber. God bless you and may you rest in peace .
