I went to school with Ernie. Junior and Senior High in Rochester. Ernie was always a friendly and unassuming guy. Always admired him.

Ernie had an extraordinary smile, laugh and kind heart. He hired me 25 years ago and always try to mimic his style of leadership by continuing his work in the Army. He was a wonderful boss, but more importantly he was and will always be a great friend!
