Predeceased by her beloved spouse, Roberto Mendoza, and her parents, Francisco and Maria Serrano, Esther is survived by her adoring children: Bobby Joe Mendoza, Leroy Mendoza and his wife Veronika, Tania Mendoza and her husband Carlos, and Robert Mendoza and his wife Andrea. She was a cherished grandmother to Christian Jean, Ethan, Sarah, Lincoln, and Jett Mendoza, who will carry her legacy of love and prayer into the future. Esther is also remembered by her siblings, Martha and Luis, and numerous extended family members who will honor her as the epitome of a fighter, with a nurturing heart that touched everyone she met.
Throughout her life, Esther was driven by an unwavering devotion to her family and faith. A prayer warrior, she always placed the needs of others before her own, ensuring that her loved ones were uplifted by her steadfast support. Her resilience shone brightly, demonstrating to all the true strength of her spirit.
