Evans Ruffner, 94, of Rogers, formerly of Conway, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, March 30, 2006. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member for 52 years of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeria #60, NACCCA Chapter #30, Atkins – Wagmon and Ferndale Hunting Clubs, and NAREE Chapter #966 Conway.

Survivors are three nieces and their husbands, Wanda and Wayne Armstrong of Rogers, Barbara and Bobby Crafford of Little Rock, and JoAnn Jors of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; and great nieces and nephews, Helen, Phillip, and Tyler Shinn, Sherrie, Kevin, and Sydney Fields, Lindsey and Ashley Melton, Candy Crafford, Jim and Dorean Ramey, Aarin Horner, and Daisy Corona. He was preceded in death by his wife, Selma Ruffner; parents, Leonard H. and Hixie H. Ruffner; and a brother, Joe C. Ruffner. Evans will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

The family will be at 10915 Garrison Road, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
