Felix Rojas Pacheco and his twin brother Miquel, were two of fifteen children born to Eladio Rojas and Narcisa Pacheco. They were born on March 22, 1937, in Corozal, Puerto Rico.
In 1958, Felix came to New York, where he sought to establish a life for his wife and soon- to-be born first son. His wife Maria and their son, Felix, later joined Felix and eventually made Bronx, New York their home.
Felix and his brother started their own business, known as Twin Tropical Produce. Felix then started an appliance repair business until retirement. Felix and Maria then moved back to Corozal, Puerto Rico. Even in retirement, Felix was active, working as a driver for seniors.
When the devastating Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, he and Maria came to Burlington, where he resided until his death on June 27, 2025. Maria preceded him in death in 2020.
Felix and Maria had four children, Felix, (Suzanne); Carlos, (Yuly); Robert, (Miriam); and Maritza, (Nelson).
His parents and several siblings, including his twin brother, preceded him in death, along with his wife Maria.
Felix leaves behind four Children, fifteen Grandchildren, and seventeen Great-Grandchildren.
Felix was a self-made man of many talents. He was a loving husband and father. A sense of humor and acceptance of all were two of his many qualities. In addition, he was a loyal New York Mets fan.
Services will be at Piedmont Cremation & Funeral Service in Graham, 211 N Main Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253. Visitation at 10:30 am, Service at 11:00 am. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Felix, please visit our floral store.
