Fern was preceded in death by her son, Bernard Neimczyk; spouse, Jesse Broome; brother, Harold Abramson; sister, Ruth Davidson; and sister, Pearl Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Broome; grandson, Joshua Thornsberry; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Inurnment of Fern's cremated remains will be at Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.
