Floyd Gary Baughman, 72, of Muskogee, OK passed from this life on January 2, 2024 at his home. Floyd Gary was born November 8, 1951 in Muskogee, OK. He was the son of Reverend Floyd Baughman and Roxie Baughman (White).
Floyd Gary married the love of his life, Lucinda (Cindy) Jones in Stilwell, OK, on October 14, 1969. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, friend, and papa.
Floyd Gary retired from Georgia Pacific after 28 years of dedication. He was a skilled woodworker and handcrafted many personalized creations for family and friends over the years. He had a passion for music and could often be found playing his guitar. He enjoyed working on his cars, tinkering in his shop, and creating memories with his family. He will be especially remembered for his gentle, patient, and generous spirit.
Survivors include his son, Scott Baughman and wife, Echo, of Muskogee, OK; daughter, Mandy Badyna and husband, Steve, of Lake Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Justice Baughman, Noble Baughman, Owen Badyna, and Millie Badyna; Brother, Bob Elias; niece, Kelly Freedman and husband, Rob; nephew, Zachary Long and wife, Kris; great-nephew, Noah Freedman; great-nieces, Zoe Anderson and husband, Max, and Mia (Boots) Freedman; special friends, Norman Blake and Ted Williams; and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Lucinda (Cindy) Baughman; his parents, Floyd and Roxie Baughman; and his brother, JR Kenneth Baughman.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
