Francisca Garza González, affectionately known as Panchita, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025, at the age of 81 in
San Antonio, TX. Born on August 14, 1943, in Morelos, Coahuila, Mexico, Panchita was a beacon of love and joy to all who knew her.
Panchita is survived by her devoted husband, Fortino Bermea, with whom she shared a beautiful life full of laughter and cherished moments. Together, they raised a family that was the center of her world: her sons Daniel and Hector Fernando, and her daughter Marce. She was a beloved mother-in-law to Leobardo and Alma, and a doting grandmother to Daniela, Ivan, Alberto, Carolina, Hector Daniel, and Edgar. Panchita's love also extended to her siblings Fernando, Ma. Enriqueta, Ubaldina, and Vicente Joel, as well as her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, and nieces, who will all miss her dearly.
From a young age, Panchita's vibrant spirit and compassionate heart were evident. She brought passion and dedication to everything she did, whether it was nurturing her garden, preparing delicious meals for her family, or leading community events. Panchita was a pillar in her community, actively participating in various social groups, and was always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.
Panchita's involvement in her children's school activities was a testament to her commitment to their education and well-being. She believed in the importance of family and instilled this value in her children, creating a legacy of love and unity that will last for generations.
