Frank is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Mary Blanchard, sons Brian Blanchard (Jeanne), Donald Blanchard (Bernadette), grandsons Connor and Matthew, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Donna LeGary.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Sunday, January 5 from 3pm to 5pm at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11:30am Monday, January 6 at St. Mary's Church, 167 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Frank may be made to the Community Hospice Foundation, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 or American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
