Graveside services will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, August 2, 2025 in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Davis Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
Frank was born on August 13, 1946 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Frank Curley and Vela Olive (Sands) McKnight. He married Sondra (Bridges) and was retired and made a career serving his country in the US Air Force. Frank served from 12/3/65 thru 8/31/87 where he was discharged as an honorable Senior Master Sergeant.
Frank enjoyed golf, woodwork, yard work, John Wayne and old war movies. He also enjoyed time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Vela Olive-Johnson; stepdad, Bob Johnson; sister, Vela Ray Canty; and grandson, Jacob Wade McKnight.
He is survived by his wife Sondra McKnight of Henrietta; son, Michael Wade McKnight and wife, Mechelle; niece, Athena Canty; Grandchild, Jewelian Kathlene McKnight; 2 great grandsons, numerous nieces and nephews; brother and sister in laws, Donald Bridges, Ann Harris, Ronald Bridges and Judy Bridges.
