Fred Culberson Obituary
A native of Chatham County, he was the husband of the late Helen Hinsley Culberson and the son of the late Fred W. Culberson and the late Jarushia Culberson Teague. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a retired maintenance supervisor of 45 years with Kayser-Roth.
He is survived by his daughter, Diana Culberson; son, John Culberson and his wife Dana; grandchildren, Aimee Burns, Angela Fullbright, Caleb Culberson and Laney Lee; multiple great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister Dora Bean; and brothers, AP Culberson and his wife Sandy and John D. Culberson.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter; Sheila A. Culberson and sisters, Catherine Buckner and Edna Perry Hart.
We offer our deepest gratitude to his care team – Pinky, Ann, TT, Latorya and his beloved Dr. S Patel.
The family will hold a private graveside service at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Graham Memorial Park.
