Gary Edward Jeffers

Gary Edward Jeffers, a compassionate soul known by all for his heartwarming nature, was born on December 2, 1964, in Indianapolis, IN, and passed on December 18, 2023. His life journey, which started in Indianapolis and later found him in Vincennes, Indiana, was a testament to his unyielding spirit and love for life.
Gary's joy was the simple pleasure of fishing. He found peace in the rhythmic motion of casting a line, waiting for the nibble of a fish, and the thrill of the catch. His love for fishing was more than a hobby; it was a reflection of his patient and nurturing character. Gary will be remembered for his ability to live life to the fullest, despite his challenges.
Gary is survived by his siblings, Larry Eugene Jeffers, Jr. and his wife Laurie Somerville of Fargo, ND, Luann Lynn Stoll and her husband Kevin of Clarksville, TN, Dana Gentry and her husband Jason of Haubstadt, IN, Karen Rae Myers and her husband Chris of Union, IN, as well as several nieces and nephews. Gary is preceded in death by his father, Larry Jeffers, and his mother, Joy Jeffers. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 11:00 am EST at Sugarland Memory Gardens, Washington, Indiana, 47501. All who wish to pay their respects and celebrate Gary's life are welcome to attend.
