George Charles Archibeque

Born in Albuquerque, NM, on March 13, 1950 to the late George and Mary Archibeque, George passed away on April 8, 2025, at the Ft. Miley VA Hospital in San Francisco, CA. he is survived by his wife of 25 years, Barbara Archibeque, and children Carlos Archibeque and Mary Archibeque Matthew Dorian; grandchildren Jacob Hutchinson and Daniella Dorian.
George was a Vietnam War Veteran serving from 1970-1972. He served a total of four years with the United States Marine Corps. He was a helicopter mechanic at the Alameda Army base from 1972-1974 and an aircraft mechanic for United Airlines for 30 plus years.
George was a talented artist, evidenced not only in his beautiful drawings and paintings, but also in the unique garden he created which was enjoyed by all who passed by his home. A simple pleasure he loved was walking his dogs throughout the town of Alameda. His loving, caring and loyal ways will be remembered in our hearts-always.
