George Creese Obituary

Mr. Creese was born in Ellwood City to the late George H. and Jeanette (Rossman) Creese, Sr. on October 18th, 1942. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1960. For over 40 years George worked at BNZ Materials in Zelienople in the shipping department. He enjoyed softball, bingo, auctions, and most of all family get togethers.
He is survived by his daughters Pam Creese (Jim Funkhouser) of Fombell, Patty Nye of Ellwood City, and Dorothy Broge (Fred Sparling) of Jamestown, sons G. Edward Creese of Ellwood City and Rick Creese of Beaver Falls, thirteen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
George was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Dorothy M. (Hawke) Creese whom he married on November 19th, 1960 and passed away on November 15th, 2006, granddaughter Debra J. Creese, sister Alice Piper, brother William Creese, daughter-in-law Terri Creese, and his daughter Patty's companion Mark Cragle.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1-3 and 6-8 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. with Rev. Dennis Arndt officiating. Interment will follow at the Lillyville Church of God Cemetery.
