Juno, George Joseph, age 92, died Friday, August 8, 2025, at Ashley Court of Brighton. A Memorial Liturgy will be August 21, 2025, at 10am at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church, Flushing Michigan. The Very Reverend James Batcha will officiate. Interment will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Liturgy with a Panachida just prior to the Liturgy. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church.

George was born in Flint, Michigan on September 19, 1932, the son of George and Pauline (Ruhala) Juno. He was a graduate of Flint Northern High School. George was drafted into the U.S. Army and proudly served as a Tank Instructor during the Korean War. He met and fell in love with Suzanne Marie Luce during that time. The two were married on November 13, 1954, at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church in Flint. George was employed by General Motors for over 30 years and worked as a supervisor at Fisher Body Coldwater Road, retiring in 1987. He later worked in Real Estate for Halstead Century 21. Later in life, George received his bachelor's degree from Spring Arbor University. He was a lifelong and faithful member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church where he was a Cantor for many years. Together with his wife, they enjoyed traveling, especially their many vacations to Disneyworld. George loved fishing. He and his brother, Bob, were founding members of their annual "fish camp" with his family and friends along Lake Michigan where they often told big fish stories and played a lot of Euchre.

George is survived by his wife of 71 years, Suzanne; children, Stephen Michael (Maureen) Juno, Julie Lynn (Morgan) Juno-LaPan, Joseph Paul Juno, Nicholas George Juno, Suzanne Michele (Rod) Brewster; grandchildren, Katherine Juno, Stephen (Sheelah) Juno, Edie (Alex Honold) Juno, Camille Juno (Anna Richard), Daniel (Brigette Faris) Brewster, Kathleen (Sanji Albert) Brewster, Andrew Juno; great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Stephen, Selena; and sister-in-law, Patricia Juno . He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Juno; and sister, Josephine Kumpon.
