A graveside inurnment service will take place at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 18, 2025 in the Duncan Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Scott Johnson, Phillip Johnson, Darrell Johnson, Bobby Bess, and Larry Bess.
Mike graduated from Duncan High School in 1958 and attended Cameron University graduating with a Bachelor's Degree. In 1961, Mike joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served for 4 years earning the rank of Corporal. Mike was a member of the Duncan Masonic Lodge #60, 32nd degree Mason at McAlester Scottish Rite, India Shrine, and Duncan Chapter #39 Eastern Star. Mike served as Worshipful Master of Duncan Lodge in 1992 and was a clown in the Krazy Klownz Unit with the India Shrine.
Preceded in death by his parents and two friends who were like brothers: John Roberts and Joe W. Johnson Jr., Mike is survived by special friends: Debbie, Scott, and Phillip Johnson, Sue Roberts and many others.
