Geraldine 'Gerry' Picklesimer Obituary Geraldine Marie Picklesimer, age 68, died Saturday morning, December 28, 2024, at Stein Hospice in Sandusky following a brief illness.
Gerry was born March 15, 1956, in Shelby to Richard F. and Lulabelle (Barciz) Weber and was a 1974 graduate of Plymouth High School. She had been employed with Stanly Black and Decker, formerly known as MTD, in Shelby for over 25 years. When Gerry wasnt working, she enjoyed playing cards and online card games. She loved listening to 60's and 70's music and attending country music concerts. More than anything, Gerry adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and spending time with them.
She is survived by her two sons, Eric (Darla) Picklesimer of Shiloh and Jason Picklesimer of Shiloh; her father, Richard Weber and his special friend Dot Brown; three grandchildren, Blake (Kayle Barnett) and Alex and Courtney Picklesimer; five great grandchildren, Rhett, Kallum, Cali, Kalani, and Kayzlee; as well as many other friends and family.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Michael 'Mike' Picklesimer in 2008 and two brothers, Todd and Ricky Weber.
Friends may visit the family Friday, January 3, 2025, at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with interment held at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
