Funeral services are 11:00am Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS with burial in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lyon, MS. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include her sister Elizabeth "Ann" Ferguson Jones of Satsuma, LA; daughter-in-law Donna Daves of Shannon, MS; four grandchildren Bridget Griffin of Indiana, Daniel Griffin of Clarksdale, MS, Jason Griffin of Florence, MS, Rebecca (Sam) Spencer of Shannon, MS; eight great grandchildren Dixon Spencer, Alexandra (Jay) McKenzie Rutherford, Hunter Griffin, Madison Griffin, Destiny Griffin, Breanna Griffin, Abigail Griffin, Tristen Vander Ford; numerous nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband Albert Lee Daves; parents Alie & Vivian Hayes Ferguson; son Roy Lee Daves; daughter Virginia Gail Daves Griffin; granddaughter Jennifer Daves; brothers Alie Albert Ferguson, Jessie"JM" Ferguson, Arthur "Buddy" Ferguson; sisters Allene Ferguson Watson, Marie Ferguson Coffing, Sandra Ferguson Kenyon.
