Gloria loved watching the Milwaukee Brewers on TV as well as listening to them on the radio, and she even formed a Brewer group chat with her family. She also loved gardening and had a green thumb with flowers. She enjoyed traveling, attending her grandchildren's sporting and school events, spectating at softball tournaments (especially the Pink Flamingo Tournament), and in her younger years, frequenting many festivals and rodeos with Lee.
Gloria especially loved spending time and making memories with her family and enjoyed the their numerous get-togethers. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend to many, and will always be lovingly remembered and sorrowfully missed.
Gloria is survived by her children: Mark Hoffmann; Bill (Amy) Hoffmann; Mary (Jack) Koby; 6 grandchildren: Jacob (Paige) Hoffmann; Logan Hoffmann and his fiancé, Brittney Malcomson; Katy Koby; Jonathan Koby and his fiancé, Laura Schneider; Susan Hoffmann; Nikki Hoffmann, and 2 great-grandchildren: Murphy and Leon. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
In accordance with Gloria's wishes, a private graveside service will be held for her immediate family at Mount Calvary Cemetery, De Pere, where she will be buried next to Lee. The family would like to share a warm note of appreciation to the staff of Unity Hospice for all of the loving care and compassion they showed to Gloria at the end of her life. Also, the family extends a special thank you to Cornerstone Caregiving Home Health Care for the assistance and dignity shown to Gloria~ your kindness will never be forgotten.
