Gloria J. Reed (Williams) ObituaryEAST LIVERPOOL – Gloria J. Reed, of Lisbon, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Orchards of East Liverpool following a lengthy illness. She was 91.
Born in East Liverpool, May 22, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Gale and Thelma Biggins Williams. A graduate of East Liverpool High School, she lived many years in Arizona until moving back to the area a few years ago. She worked as a real estate agent.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Newburn and her husband, James, of Lisbon, and a son, Ken Reed III and his wife, Beth, of Boise, Idaho. There are four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by four brothers, Gale Williams, Jr., John "Jack" Williams, Darrell "Mike" Williams and Gary Williams.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Tuesday, September 9th, at the Living Well Church, 1620 Maple Avenue, Wellsville. The Dawson Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
