Gregory "Greg" Wayne Anderson, 64, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at his home.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of Charles (Chuck) and Willette Anderson.
Greg attended Berea High School and went on to co-manage the family business, White Horse Exxon Station, with his brother, Jimmy.
Greg was so much more than a son, father, grandfather, and brother. He was dedicated and loyal to those he loved. Greg's love for his family was evident in his devotion and commitment to them. He was the kind of friend anyone would be fortunate to have.
We were blessed to have Greg for these years. He will be missed tremendously, and the memories of Greg will be forever cherished by his son and the family.
In addition to his beloved parents, he is survived by a son, Joshua (Josh) Anderson (Megan); two grandsons, Jacob Anderson and Landon Anderson; two sisters, Donna Conner (Randy) and Diane Martin; brothers, Dale Anderson (Kim), Alan Anderson (Betty), and Barry Anderson; many nieces, nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
Greg is preceded in death by his loving brother, Jimmy Anderson, who he dearly missed.
A visitation will be held Friday, November 24, from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be held in Graceland Cemetery West.
