Gregory Duane Pearson

Gregory Pearson, 62, of Milton, FL, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, February 20, after a long illness.
Greg was born in Pensacola but spent most of his life in Santa Rosa County. He attended Gulf Breeze High School before graduating from Adult High School. A skilled heavy equipment operator, he worked primarily for Jerry Jernigan, Kevin Jernigan, and Bobby Killingsworth.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Phyllis Daigneau Pearson, and his oldest brother, Randy Pearson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Julie Coltrane Pearson of Milton; his brothers, Melvin and Kevin Pearson, both of Holley; his son, Jacob Sanford (Taryn), and grandsons, Max and Miles Sanford, also of Holley. He is also survived by his stepson, David Thomas of Manchester, NH.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, February 24, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, at 2:00 PM at Harper Cemetery, officiated by Keith Smith.
