A native of Blacksburg, she was the wife of Henry Lee Hollins and the daughter of the late Willie and Nuna Bolin Peterson.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Daniel Coffey and Tim Thompson; three step-children: Wayne Gentry, Kimberly Hollins, and Sarah Bradley (Bobby "Monk"); five grandchildren: Mikey Westmoreland, Tim Gentry, Josh Gentry, Chelsy Smith, and Shelby Bradley; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Shirley Rudisill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025, from 6:00 - 7:30pm at Gordon Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 24th, 2025, at 2:00pm in the Gordon Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in the Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery. Justin Almond, Wayne Gentry, Bobby "Monk" Bradley, and Jarrett Peterson will serve as pallbearers.
The family will be at their respective homes.
