She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Louise Sheets; grandson, Dellian Sheets; and brother, Billy Ray Sheets.
Hazel is survived by her husband, Richard Payne; children, Tony Sheets (Deana) and Amanda White (Greg); grandchildren, Christian Sheets, Dustin Lumpkin, Britany Sheets, Brandon White, Alexis White and Cole White; siblings, Anthony Sheets, Denise Sheets and Terry Sheets; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Graveside services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025 at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the residence beginning after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday until Monday at 3:00 p.m.
Serving as pallbearers will be Christian Sheets, Brandon White, Cole White, Chris Harris, Steven Sheets and Brad Hawkins.
