Herbert Heim Obituary
Mr. Heim was born in Irvington, New Jersey to Fritz and Rosa Heim. He was a resident of Vero Beach, Florida for 10 years, previously residing in Toms River, New Jersey. Herbert graduated from Rutgers Law School at age 21 and was married to Florence Davenport Heim.
He served in the Korean War and had a successful law career including privileges to the Supreme Court. He was extremely smart and dedicated to his profession. His greatest work accomplishment was creating State Wide Bancorp. Pop, as he was affectionately known to his family, was a deeply devoted family man who wanted nothing more than to spend time with them.
He is survived by his three daughters; Patricia Heim Smith; Jeanne Heim Power; and Christine Heim Correia and their families.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 63 years, Florence Davenport Heim.
Celebration of life will be private for immediate family.
