Hilton Moore Obituary
Hilton was a graduate of Campbell University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2009, he retired from Delrayno Baptist Church in Oxford, NC. His fulfilling career was being a preacher and pastor in many churches in North Carolina and Virginia. He was a devoted Christian and would pray with anyone anywhere.
Hilton leaves behind his cherished wife, Dorothy Moore and, the light of his life, his daughter, Stephanie Anne Moore. He is also survived by his sister, Ann Sloan, of Raleigh, NC, a sister-in-law, Theresa Hill (John) and brother-in-law Chris Sawyer of New Bern, NC. He was predeceased by his parents, Hilton and Annie Mae Moore, and brother-in-law Charles Sloan.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith. In the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day. 2 Timothy 4: 7-8
