Ian was born in Grandview, Missouri, to Donald Eugene Roby and Pamela Sue (Rowland) on September 1, 1985.
He is survived his significant other, Kim Nguyen; daughter, Breanna Roby; two sons: Ian Roby Jr. and Donald Roby; sister, Hunter Ymker; and grandmother, Margaret Rowland; and many extended family and friends.
Ian worked at SMC. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding motorcycles, kayaking, fishing, side by side and hunting. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his family and friends.
No matter what, Ian always had a smile on his face, and will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Springfield, Missouri.

I remember when we were kids ,and Ian's father (Great uncle )had taken me ,and my siblings in ,and super Nintendo had just came out , you were so excited to show me everything you had .You always loved to pick up big words ,and use them on me lol. he also were a stubborn one, and had a personality out of this world . I will miss you .Rest in peace cousin
