Warren – Irene Margaret "Marge" Marchin, 95, died on the evening of October 17th, 2025 at the hospice house of Youngstown surrounded by family.
She was born on September 22, 1930, in Royal, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Stephen Sr. and Mary Masechko Marchin.
She graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1947 and was employed for 31 years at Copperweld Steel in the Information Systems Department as a supervisor, earning company recognition for time and cost cutting measures.
Marge was a dedicated member of Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church and enjoyed reading, word games, painting, and going to the casino even on days when she "made a deposit."
Her pagachi (a Slovak flatbread) were a favored family tradition that will surely be missed.
She was known to all, even to those that were not related, as "Aunt Marge" and kindness and generosity were her trademarks.
She was the last living member of a family that included nine siblings. She is survived by nephews Joseph E. (Betsy) Campana Jr. of Brookfield, Robert A. (Susan) Campana of Bazetta, and David (Patricia) Dezman of Melbourne, Florida, a niece-in-law Anna Marie (Leonard) Campana of Warren and great-nephews and nieces: Rex Campana of Warren, Dan Campana of Brookfield, Jenn Campana of Boise, Idaho, Alana Campana of Rocky River, Ohio, Tony Campana of Warren, Matthew Dezman of Melbourne, Florida and Michelle Dezman of Melbourne, Florida.
Marge's family honored her with private services and a burial in All Souls Cemetery.
