My favorite memory of Zay was when were a lot younger he would constantly tell me to get a game console but my parents wouldn´t get me one so he went out of his way to play games on our phones everyday after school. He always made sure I was included and we never had a moment where we didn´t laugh or have a great time all the way until this Zay was a key part in my life and will mold how I operate as a human being for the rest of it. He was the best kind of best friend you could have always honest with me, allowing me to bounce ideas back and fourth , and overall just creating a great atmosphere wherever he was. Truly a blessing to anyone that has had the opportunity to be around him gone but never forgotten rest in paradise you deserve it bro.

It´s hard to even gather the words for this. Zay you were loved by so many. I just remember watching you live next door to my Mawmaw as a little boy dancing your heart away lol to watching you grow up and just become "the lady´s man". Which wasn´t hard to do with the pretty smile you had. I will always remember you for that big ol teeth grin. I love you little cousin. Keep your wings over top of your dad, brothers, and of course you Mawmaw. I will always scream FOREVER ZAY !!!!!

I'm sad I even have to write this message. I was first introduced to Zay and his brothers when they were young, like back in 2010 young. I can honestly say they were the funniest, most loving, and well-behaved kids I've encountered. His mother and I worked together and became best friends, so naturally, I would hear all the "funny horror" stories of having all boys in the household lol.
I know he will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are especially with his immediate family because I know how close knit you all have always been. Stay that way. And let this moment not weaken you but make you stronger together . Hold on and cherish the memories, special times, smiles, and even times of triumph. No one can ever take those away.
Rest in peace, Zay

My Fly Guy. Oh how the reflections on our conversations over the past months have helped me to deal with this. The way you have grown over the year as a man and spiritually. Son the things we spoke of as far as desires and love. You have a smile that when you entered a room, it shifts the atmosphere. You will be missed and never forgotten. Still I will come to you in my heart and we will continue to grow together. We will celebrate you daily Son! I LOVE YOU. WE LOVE YOU! DAD
