Jacqueline Suzette Hanrath

Jacqueline Suzette (Murvihill) Hanrath, age 38 of Valparaiso, IN unexpectedly passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022. Jackie was born in Valparaiso, IN on May 30, 1984, later adopted and raised by David "Pete" and Cynthia Hanrath.
Jackie had a loving heart and the most infectious smile. She could light up the darkest room and would make sure every family event was one to remember. Jackie lived to spend time with her three beautiful children. They had her whole heart. She enjoyed spending time at the dunes and loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own.
Jackie is preceded in death by her sister, Christy; brothers, Joe and Chris; and most recently, her father, Pete. Jackie is survived by her mother, Cynthia Hanrath; siblings, Sherri Zapinski, Dave Hanrath, Joe, Frank, Rolf, Alexis, Ricke, Melony, Christopher, and Tenelle; daughters, Kaylee, Abrielle, and Aubrea, and a lengthy list of nieces and nephews.
Upholding Jackie's wishes, she will be cremated, and the family will hold a Celebration of Life. Family and friends can celebrate Jackie's life on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the American Legion, 798 Wabash Ave., Chesterton, IN 46304, from 12:00pm-5:00pm.
